Version 1.2.0
This is the second public release of this script.
In this version, multiple channels are supported, with seperate
databases for each one. In the previously released version, one
database was used for all channels, and all the qutoes were shared
between all the channels. Also, you can specify which channels
the quotescript will operate on. In teh previous version you could
not.
Fixed a 'bug' whereby one could save a blank quote.

This was the first public release of this script.
It simply allowed people to save quotes on any channel the bot was operating on.
