Greet tcl

This TCL will give messages..random to users who enter the channel..
the messages can be set.. as you wish.. and as many as you want 🙂
IT IS ACTIVATED BY COMMAND in DCC .chanset #canal +greets or
using my tcl chanset.tcl via the private command "setinfo #canal +greets"
