BlackMode
This script on the channel where it is activated will put +m if it remains
without Operators. But if an operator gives Op then the bot will remove it
module +m.
You can add exceptions that will be ignored if you have more bots
on the channel, and the bot will put +m if they have OP.
To activate the TCL, use the command: .chanset #canal +moder
The commands are: .addmode <nick> | .delmode <nick> | .listmodes
