What this TCL does ?
When it is activated on a specific channel..the bot will scan..and
when a user with no access to the bot gives op to another users, he
and the users that received the op will be deoped.When a user with no
access to the bot,that has op on the channel,deops another users,the
bot deops the user who took the op and reops the users that had the
op. This script is usefull to defend the chanel against TAKERS 🙂
